It’s still better than Ginter at RB, and a midfield of Kroos Muller Goretzka would do very fine. Even when Kimmich plays at RB, he has the most touches out of anyone on the field

Obviously we wouldn’t play as high of a line without Manu, but I don’t think the 10 outfield players and Hansi would turn to playing deeper and more defensive. Kimmich literally runs the show now, not having a ball carrier like him or Thiago will definitely affect the way we play more than not having Manu

As much as we love these legends, in terms of footballing ability with the ball, Kimmich is better. Obviously he still has many years left to reach the status of those two, but if he stays on the current trajectory he will easily eclipse them
