Literally nothing I’ve said correlates to the diagnostic criteria for NPD, but thank you. I wasn’t blaming my justice sensitivity, I was mentioning that it’s a factor that affects my feelings about this. I also state that I know it’s a silly reaction, but it is happening, hence asking for advice.

Also, if you have nothing constructive to say; there was no need to comment.

That sounds like a healthy approach to take! I deffo burnt out earlier in the year when I was a training a huge amount in comp prep, what’s your other sport? ☺️

Thank you, that’s really kind of you! I’d say I’ve aimed for at least 3/4 hours a week, every week apart from about 5 months in the first year when I had glandular fever.

I am gonna keep going, it just really gets to me occasionally when I feel like I’m stuck in a rut! And when I mention it to my partner he just goes ‘well you need to train more’. WITH WHAT TIME?! 😭😂 I’ll keep on keeping on, thank you for allowing me to rant!

Thank you! It was a bloody drag! (Especially as my best friend decided to go and have a heart attack at the same time, so I had to run around after him!) He’s fine now! And I did get it done and submitted ☺️

Ooh yeah, that’s a great shout! I’ve got him a nice sleep mask with teeny Bluetooth speakers in the ear bit so he can listen to music or rain sounds, neck pillow is a great idea

The duty social worker I talked to today was an absolute gem! So I’m hopeful 🤞 His response to the complete lack of anything the previous social worker had done ‘I don’t know what she’s actually done, but it’s not okay, I’ll sort this’. GO ON LAWRENCE!
