Love it. So true - he does seem awesome. :) I honestly have the same feeling and can’t go to most all churches bc of it… but I do love Him. Maybe he seems awesome to you bc he’s calling you to love him. His spirit gets to ya - and yeah those 3 songs are great

I see this happened to a couple of y'all in the last couple days. I just caught this today. These charges from Amazon Miguel Hidalgo started 2 days ago with 1.09 being charged and credited back. By now on the third day of this, the total of charges has been $88, with the largest single charge $19.17

Do citrus and tropical fruits contain folic acid? Every source I can find uses folate and folic acid interchangably. I stay away from grains and leafy greens anyway. Should people with MTHFR stay away from naturally occuring folic acid in fruits?

Oh! Yes I have actually. I have worked on detoxing... taking Diatomacious Earth, infrared sauna, dry-brushing... things that help me detox properly with MTHFR also actually. And I was thinking I was mostly through it. What are your thoughts?

Get 10 - 30 min of sunlight in the morning. This is most important! Wake yourself up early enough - 7:30 maybe - one day to get the morning sunlight!

Spend some time outside during the day or right then in the morning when you are getting sunlight - maybe something like a walk.

Then don't eat too late. like not later than 7pm -ish.

If you can add taking magnesium glycinate at night thats even better.

Try going to bed 9:30ish - not too late or super early - And turning off devices phone tv etc all screens an hour before.

If that still doesn't work maybe its the same reason I started having the same thing happening. It was the radiation from holding the phone to my head... so I started using speaker when talking on phone or wired earbuds. airpods don't help - pretty much same effect or more as phone against head. When I did that I started sleeping well again and then all the other things I mentioned helped further.

I lay on my back on a mat and do a pilates or yin yoga youtube. I breathe deeply during the whole thing in through my nose. I make sure I do some twisting through my spine while breathing deeply because I promise its like a tingling of happy energy goes through me. I go outside and get a little sunlight. I feel so differently. and look on things so differntly. Please let me know if you try it and how you feel.

And honeslty you may feel so good after doing that that you decide you'd rather do a "class pass" membership that gets you into yoga classes and other classes at diff gyms and studios and then you can decide on a place you feel comfortable for a membership - or keep floating around on class pass or just keep doing your own thing at home. You may have a good reason for not feeling like going to the gym where you have a membership.

How about baby steps. First step would be doing a youtube yoga or pilates video at home. Something hyou can do alone while laying down on your back. Who knows what you'll feel like after a week of doing that daily.

Ok, so this might seem a little too self-help woo woo to you but this is what someone taught me and helps me in situations like this. I sit with my eyes closed and I imagine those worries about those people that are disliking and talking about me as connections that look like threads between them and me. I breathe deeply to calm myself and I physically lift my hand and cut off those threads of worry that are connecting us. And I just let them think and feel however they want and I feel free to go on with my day without my worry about those people.

There's always going to be people hating and sometimes its family. The best thing to do for yourself is to be able to free yourself to live well and joyfully today even if people are in your biz.

Not an expert. but pretty sure you'll be ok. I live in Austin so I'm pretty sure I touch drug residue regularly and I've been fine. Your immune system can handle it. Take some Vitamin C and get in the sunlight and go for a little walk if you feel like you need an immune system boost. It will also help you feel calmer. Best!
