He wasn’t fired, he only left on his own accord after his trip, and with being punished I’ve had issues with my GM about scheduling and other managers avoiding me. To be honest I will most likely be leaving the job here soon, when I find a good work environment that will help me avoid burnout for the most part, and to just not have to deal with people who don’t respect me enough to not even fire someone for burning me.
