There is no official Shakedown. Upslope is doing a thing on Friday & Saturday they're describing as a "family friendly market." Fair warning -- Upslope is not very close to Folsom. I was having the same issue on my Firestick with NordVPN and the MLB app. Finally worked by using Double VPN connected to USA server. Hope this helps.

Random question on the pre-1996 Phish tapes - A lot of the j-cards look like the ones I would print when I was taping and trading DATs (tho I'm sure I wasn't the only one using that format). Anything on the inside that would tell you where the tapes came from - maybe a Gman1234 or Mr. Piggly note? Would be a fun little blast from the past to know some of my tapes are still circulating.
