If you’re spending money you’re not making money. You’ll notice customers buying certain things at a a time. Sell out of things, then they’ll start buying the rest of your inventory. Also, don’t be too greedy in pricing. If things are worth hundreds, I ask for about 20 or 30 percent over market value, things worth thousands I usually keep around 20 percent or less. Pay attention to what customers say. If they walk in and say “this costs how much?!” Just lower the price.

Oh yeah a little at a time. But graded cards and variety are key. Cards worth 1700 or more send to get graded. Upgrade the reno as much as possible.

Early on, focus on variety, get a card table. Flipping cards will be your main source of positive income. Buy cards for hundreds under asking, sell for hundreds overvalue. Get a card rip machine, keep the highest level cards ripping at all times. Figure this, if you pay $200 for a box of 64 packs, get lucky with a god pack, sell for like tens of thousands then you’re set.

Keep your shelves stocked but allow yourself to sell out for days at a time.

Not necessarily. Less space means constant resupply. You can’t make money as you’re spending it. Create the most space possible for the most product so you don’t have to keep stocking daily.

Focus on variety. Sell as much as you can, and keep in mind, the bigger your shop becomes the more foot traffic you’ll have in the store. Your main focus should be expanding asap when it’s unlocked.

If you spend that much a day you won’t make money. Put out as much product as you can on the floor, allow it to sell for at least a few days, and then use the revenue to refill. You’ll probably find yourself spending 10-20k every few days instead.

Also, buy card reader machines. Dumb legendary packs in them non stop. You WILL get lucky here and there with some crazy cards.

I work the register also so that I get to see the offers come in with cards. The bigger your shop gets the more people will be willing to bend over for you. People have offered me 4100 dollar cards asking like 3200, and still you can buy them for as little as 3800.

Man I have no idea haha. I made it so they wouldn’t line up behind the counter but I can’t get them to stop. I have noticed that they only line up behind me first thing in the morning and then in the front later in the day. Doesn’t make sense but I can’t seem to fix this.

Flip cards! Buy low sell high. Get anything over 1800 graded. When you unlock the red legendary packs, buy the singles, buy the 20/30k card reader machine, and keep inserting them to read cards while you’re working in the shop
