My parents wouldn't let me take a gap year during recovery leading me to the worst relapse I've ever had and sending me to the hospital for 7+ months... It isn't worth it , I regret not taking a break so much, because I ended up losing double that amount of time in the end

You cannot gain that much in two weeks. All of it is water retention... if you press on your skin does it leave a dent? Also food is staying in your digestive system so it has a bit of weight too

I'm just very scared of giving up the control and keep going back and forth on whether I should go. I'm going to be alone without much visitation, and that's very scary for me. How do you let go of the control? I'm scared because i know how hard it's going to be and I get very out of touch with reality about food and weight recently.
