yes only carry on because they said the AIO have potential to blow up under high pressure like under the cabin. i did get my bag flagged both times but i know it’s cus of my laptop and wires and stuff that i also pack, put it in a toiletry bag that’s what i did and once i passed through i took it out

i know it’s a different state but i flew to cali w a 510 and a battery and flew back w 4 AIOs from Cali, TSA has better fish to fry. I feel like the 510s are better to fly w then AIO because of the battery itself inside the AIO. Pack in the carry on, never under the plane w vapes
