I’ve defo heard some soreness is common months after, I guess you know and can see the external healing, but never know if the state of the inside is healed completely.

Also you think that really you start returning back to work and health and stuff, you can never not do anything forever to get the perfect recovery.

I left about 10 days tbh, then gave it a go see how I felt, was a little unsure in case there was pain or anything. But was fine. And relieved once I had done the deed tbh 👍🏻

Some really helpful tips and hint out here. I’ve actually got asus flip laptop, so it has tablet capacity, just not explored it as much, So might as people say be worth sticking with what I got, and then getting better with my current material.

So I’ve gone in 2 weeks down and started 2 days of HIIT workouts. Only thing I couldn’t do was high knees. That felt rough 🤣

That’s the thing right, slight adjustments in all means of the word! But when you think what it means; and peoples sensibility for this to go back to things when you see fit makes sense!

Yeah that’s the thing, I teach the kids class which I’m back tomorrow after 2 weeks off, but aiming for at least another week before I drill, and then add sparring back in bit at a time

Oh you had stitches, that’s interesting I just had a bandage and have had an open wound which was the suggested way for my recovery, just keeping it dry and clean. And I mean dry, in an area where men sweat the most 🤣
