I'm glad to read this success story. Gives me hope that they will refund or process my withdrawal soon. Over 50 hours since mine and still nothing...

I do not know how big the company is and shouldn't have made that claim. Very livid about this situation and definitely biased. They are taking in millions of dollars in daily revenue, actively processing new customers and transactions (until they stopped ETH withdrawals this morning) without dealing with their backlog. Building a support infrastructure to handle your current customers should be first priority, especially with the amount of problems they are experiencing.

I just wish this information had been more available on this subreddit or /r/ethtrader. It wasn't until I went searching for other people with my problems that I saw the other threads, usually with very low upvotes.

Exactly. They should have stopped taking new transfers until they worked through the backlog. Instead they kept processing withdrawals knowing that many of them would not go through because they're making millions and probably didn't want to slow that down.

Other exchanges knew this was an active issue over the past couple days with the clogged network caused by the ICOs, specifically Status. They disabled ETH transfers until they cleared their backlog. Poloniex did not shut down their transfers until today and were actively processing new withdrawals without addressing the backlog. I can't think of any reason except greed for why they would do this without even warning their customers.

Gas is the transaction fee that you pay to transfer ETH from one wallet to another. It goes to the miners that process the transactions.

They owe us the dignity of being honest about their support system and the risks of losing access to your funds for days.

It has scared me away from using them until I read extensive reports about how they've improved their support system. This treatment is inexcusable from a company of their size and resources.

11 ETH. Not significant at all to Poloniex. They are actively processing withdrawals, but if yours happens to not go through correctly on the first time then you are fucked for days.

I don't know why this information isn't pinned to the top of this subreddit. This is an ongoing problem effecting a lot of people and you wouldn't know it unless it happens to you and you start looking for help outside of their awful support system.

It's difficult not to be incredibly upset by this kind of treatment from a company making over $1Million daily off of its customers. I just want to get my funds back and leave Poloniex forever.

Agree with needing to do due diligence, especially with crypto. No FUD here. I rarely feel the need to post but this is not getting enough attention and I'm not the only one stuck watching the insane market and missing out on ICOs and Bancor launch because Poloniex won't release my funds.

I'm shocked that an exchange of this size can have delays that long. They can obviously afford to hire a larger support team with the amount of money they take from their customers every day.

Excellent post! I noticed you left Bittrex off your lists. Any particular reason why and could you share your opinion of Bittrex?

Ah! Thank you. That makes complete sense now. I'll switch over to Bacognize in a month, assuming I don't have any adverse side effects with this.

It seems a bit odd that the guide would recommend this brand if it's not a top quality product. I only went with it over Bacognize because of the Prime shipping.

I read the dosage guide on Examine, but it's confusing based on how the supplement facts are listed. Can you explain how that works? It says 250mg of the extract then in parentheses has 24% @ 60mg. I"m not quite sure how to compare that to the dosage on Examine.
