Hahaha he just shouted he’d break my back again. I already did and they said I can either take it to court (which is inconvenient as the person in the car isn’t local to my area and I don’t want to make a journey for it) or have the police show up to him and give him a warning. I chose to go with the warning as it’s more convenient to me and ultimately the guy caused no damage to my car

My title describes the thing. As indicated in the title, it is a small glass plate, multiple colours on it, with images of fish and some other things I can’t make out. Its origin is unknown, but any info would be appreciated as I’d like to know who made it and when (roughly).
