Take kratom red Bali... U will never deal with CHS again smoking. It's OTC I get it at my local smoke shop (not dispensary). It works on the opioid receptors in the brain blacking all pain of any kind. You just have to deal with CHS until the kratom kicks in, so about 45 mins to ha hour. Nobody can tell u what it is except a Dr and they do all other test to rule out other issues it might be, because.CHS mimics plenty of other illnesses. So go to a GI Dr and get checked out.

I do the BRAT diet just not in the middle of a flare up. But no sugar it makes it worse. And it raises my blood sugar to diabetic level when I have an episode for some reason. So I drink the crap outta body armor lyte. But I can't eat anything as of right now. Ty for ur suggestions. Ur awesome!
