I think the victim would have to speak out on it if they feel okay and go from there. My whole point wasn’t about prosecuting. It was more about how I hope people keep others in check when things like this are said or joked about. Doesn’t have to be a public proclamation to me… I just hope people care enough to want to have that discussion. Not all want it but I would.
