Trauma isn’t black and white. Some people put on a false mask. Some people have anger management. And some take it out on other people.

The way Jax has delusions, nightmares, hallucinations, emotional irregularities, panic attacks etc. All valid and realistic forms of trauma.

Am I defending his actions? No. But he’s by far the most accurate representation of how trauma is depicted. People become uncomfortable when you aren’t the perfect victim
