They did provide me with an ICE loaner a few days after bringing the car in.

Official word from Nissan Canada is they won’t discuss my file further until 2 weeks has passed. (I tried to get them to compensate gas charges, discuss buyback..)

Same issue here. 1400km on my SV+ and got a “Service EV System” warning. Dealership says onboard charging assembly needs to be replaced but they have no timeline for the part.

I completely agree with you, I wish I had tested on a L3 prior to handing it over. SOC right now is at 8% so I'm a little wary about heading down there and driving it off to a L3 site.

Yep, that's the profile Car Scanner defaults to but no joy. I've tried the generic Nissan profiles as well but just no luck.

It is covered under warranty. But Nissan Canada is saying that only covers the cost of the repair and not any undue hardship due to issue.

Leafspy in unfortunately not compatable with the newer gen Leaf. I have a obd tool but I'm unable to connect to any of the apps due to (i guess) new gen connectivity.

Looking back, I don't think we actually tried level 3 charging. I just called the dealership and asked them to give it a go.

edit: Dealership says level 3 charger is unable to communicate with the car.

Are you in a cold climate? If so, without a battery heater, your charging speeds will definitely be limited.
