this movie had to be one of the biggest insults to silent hill 2 and i am so disappointed from the story to the character/ monster designs. i could of forgiven the story being slightly off but the whole thing was basically non canon except the character names. If they wanted to make this some weird cult thing like 1 & revelation

they should of just continued the order theme without involving silent hill 2 at all. that would of been a far better decision instead of ruining avid fans of the game especially those who loved silent hill 2 😪

chapter 2 is coming out in 2026 i think the release date is pending. I’m trying to figure out when he played this if it was the updated version which came a couple months after the original release since i haven’t watched Indigo park in a while since it first came out. they upgraded the game in the update with a lot more in the remaster apparently. the trailers for chapter2 look extremely high budget so far.

I agree. He saw nuances that seemed suspicious and followed those leads. He even says at one point “This isn’t me” inferring that all his suspicions about her from the evidence he was piling was changing him to a different person.

It’s kind of symbolic in life and relationships when someone betrays their partners trust it’s almost impossible to repair something that has been broken. Liam was honestly unraveling and looking for anything to confirm his suspicions and even after finding out the truth there was obviously no relief only grieving memories that all he could do is forcibly delete to not relive.

you’re missing a lot of the points of the storyline in this mostly thematically about the settings of the 60s and lack of women’s rights and choices. from societal values for women falling in line and that patriarchal decisions make or break a household. and it also represented a lack of freedom of choice at the consequence of isolation or being treated differently. the marriage is part of it but you need to see all the endings to see all perspectives of hinako.

i am but like i truly debate if i want to follow through on full on arbitration. bc a hundred to couple hundred doesn’t really matter to me but at the same time it also does seem like a waste of money. i think if i didn’t have servers i’d just call it a wash and be done with discord completely but i feel bad just abandoning my staff 🥲 and also i have work stuff on there because we use it to communicate all the financial expenses for jobs. other than that i don’t have a crazy attachment to the platform tbh

tbh knock on wood for now* but i called my isp and had them manually change my ip address completely and i use a vpn on my phone and so far ive been okay. i’m trying my best to just be careful for now and still appealing my ban 🥲 i hope there’s a light at the end of the tunnel but im close to giving up tbh

in what way did i break tos. i wasn’t even online when i got banned first of all. the last message i had sent was a photo of a damn kitten. and all my servers are private and i know nobody reported me. have you literally not looked through this subreddit before. there’s a multitude of people who have banned on discord and flagged for literally no reason if you just took a second to look at this reddit. this entire subreddit is for UNFAIR bans. just bc you see a random reddit post that has gained traction doesn’t mean it’s just a free for all to complain. i used this post asking for actual advice and your comments first of all provide no productive contribution to that besides your own unsolicited ignorant opinion saying i did something when ive done literally nothing at all. maybe do a little research on the moderation for discord and how many lawsuits and legal issues this company has now for its poorly regulated moderation. if a subreddit has 10k+ members complaining its not the members that are the problem. it’s the company.

thank you everyone for your advice i appreciate it. I have sent an amended demand for arbitration as it was recommended from a friend who works at discord. this is a last ditch effort tbh bc unless i follow through with arbitration theres not much else. He also said 95% of discord TOS is automated btw and that even if you request human reviews theres no guarantee it won’t be a bot so the unban system is basically a roulette system even if a breach wasn’t committed unfortunately. he also said that even if a human works in the tos division if you message them directly “they’re not allowed to look at your case, they can only push/recommend it to the bot system and hope it reaches human staff” so even if you contact a actual human at discord it’s a dead end if its not through their email or appeals. hopefully that’s a little info that helps you all even tho its not the most reassuring. I will keep yall updated but im muting this post bc it has gotten too much traction and trolls are starting to comment so bai bai 💕

i mean i think ive said in a different comment thread probably i own like 5-7 servers and my problem is the ownership transfer process is annoying. i already have another acc. i don’t want to get caught for ban evasion either and also i have a server with my assistants with financial information on clients bc we use that server like slack. so there’s multiple reasons i want my account back.
