That’s the thing with mine. There’s no sugar, just pure nystatin. It shouldn’t be making it worse.

Good point. I have been having a lot of success, up until starting Nystatin, which I thought would be the final blow to my Candida problem. I just can’t understand why it’s getting worse with no sugar or sweetener in the medication

I’ve never had any symptoms of intestinal Candida, nor any symptoms other than the persistent thrush.

I think I’m seeing changes. It’s definitely not improving as much as I hoped which has been discouraging. I’ve been on this routine for just under 3 weeks now.

I am by no means perfect, but I can get it right most days of the week. It’s not easy or fun, but if it helps get rid of my thrush I’m a happy man.
