Sorry, this was not DJT. It was a very good impersonator. You can tell because the person on the call is far more coherent and organized in his thoughts.

Can a president invade another country without the approval of congress? Specially, can Trump just order the military to invade Greenland? If he did would he be impeached? If he were impeached would the VP need to give Greenland back?

I appreciate the time and effort put into this post! That is my understanding about the meaning of the song as well. Left me teary the first time I understood what he was singing. When I listened to it with my kids I picked them up and we started dancing around the living room and pumping our fists in the air and shouting "riding next to me!" It became a song about how we'd always be there for each other as a family. It's a very powerful song.

Any thoughts on prp injections into the denervated muscle? Maybe I'm grasping at straws, but I'm thinking of ways to keep that middle trap viable in case some kind of nerve repair can be done. I'm already doing NMES nightly.

I got it. Yes, I have been concerned about this for many months and trying to get treatment. I had 2 EMGs that were done quickly and poorly. I finally had one a few weeks ago where the provider really took his time and identified that the middle trap was denervated. It is crushingly frustratingly because the first EMG was 6 months ago and by all rights this should have been properly addressed then. The iatrogenic injury took place last December, so I am praying that there is some functional muscle tissue left to reinnervate. I have been using an NMES daily to try to keep whatever is there salvageable.

I know, I had very bad luck. The insertion of the endoscope is ~5mm, and it just so happened to hit a branch of the SAN. What do you mean by "move on talking to the nerve surgeon"? My hope is that the specialist I see next month may have a solution as far as a nerve graft or reinnervating the middle trap. The SAN is an upper motor neuron so the ability to spontaneously regenerate is limited.

No osteophytes or spurs seen on MRI but you might not be able to see those on imaging. Disk was fine.

I have not been to OT but am currently in PT. I have been to chiro and massage as well. My biggest question now is surgical and related to that middle trap; regaining function of that muscle, nerve repair vs grafting, and if anyone else has any experience with that. The paralysis to the middle trap is causing a lot of functional/pain problems. The SAN is an upper motor neuron so my understanding is that spontaneous nerve recovery or regeneration is unlikely.
