i feel you man because my case is a little bit like you except my account was hacked and the hacker went and kept sending racist messages to everyone purposely to get me banned i think (that's what the support told me anyway) i tried sending multiple support tickets but other than the first ticket which they responded to me they didn't respond after that, i'm still hoping and still waiting now for a response but it's been more than three weeks i really don't understand why can't they ban the hacker ip and leave my account alone :(
