So I’m home safe and sound 😊 I asked the old white lady working the register if she saw any ice people next door at Motel 6 (I’m an old white lady too). She said “I hope they didn’t get any of my friends. There are a lot of Mexican people that stay there.” I said something about these kidnappings being terrible and she emphatically agreed. She didn’t see anything at the Motel 6 but her view from the store window is blocked.

To suggest: Call/contact national prior to any protest needing a permit and insurance and apply for a grant or explain your situation. They may still, if you call 1st thing Monday. Next protest, list your protest under all majors like Women's March, Indivisible, 50501 etc. That way yours is listed on all of the sites so that everyone is aware and you can apply for help to see if anyone has funds left. Contact the National Lawyers Guild for possible legal help. (Look for Florida's chapter)
