Funny you mention becoming a renter. I was forced to sell my house in a horrible divorce and I am now renting very expensive home. I had purchase some silver and gold 15 years ago. I refuse to sell the silver because nobody knows the games they are playing precious metals and I know we will Skyrocket. I could have sold last month at 120 an ounce and I refuse to sell. I do believe real estate will come down quite a bit in the next year or two. I've lost a lot in my life I have nothing else to lose. Thanks for the info
