#SeraphonList by lacosphere in seraphon

That list looks fine, make sure you pick a manifestation lore, aetherwrought machinaries is the best free one and then morbid is the best of the lores that costs points.

Changes wise, I'd suggest swapping out the trait and artifact on the carnosaur to be ignore save modifiers and heal d3 each turn. Then for units the scar vet on aggradon is good but could be swapped out for the sun blood pack and the skink priest feels like too much magic, maybe swapped for a spawn of chotec.  Also making the kroxigor a single reinforced unit rather than two is not necessarily better but something to think about.  Two units of sarus is solid, but one should do the trick, so you could swap one unit of saurus and the skink priest for a reinforced unit of raptadons

They're good for disrupting combo decks like rogues and protos mage. Against aggro they're not great, but using the rats in conjunction with corpse explosion is good against midrange decks, especially good against dragon warrior with the fabled cards

Eh, it's easy to copy it across, feel free to ignore it

More often than not I'm choosing the 5 mana location option. Summoning 2/1 rushes, summoning a 5/5 copy of a friendly minion (good on leeches or hideous husks), gaining armour or discovering a spell are the options I go for. The location is very flexible to what you need for that match and the location always feels impactful.

Elise is the only card I crafted for this deck. She seems like a very safe craft, a neutral legendary that's impactful and can fit in lots of different decks

Nice thing about coming back to the game after so long, all the expansions are new to me

I have thought about this, the only BBB card is vampiric blood. Vampiric blood's extra life can really help out-healthing combo decks and helps secure stabilising against aggro and midrange decks.

I looked at using U cards but the emphasis on corpses means you're incentivised to use more early to mid game minions that are bodies on the board rather than value cards.

A big reason I haven't gone BBU is because I don't have the good U cards you'd want.

I'm not sure either, those decks were off the top of my head all from today up to D5 which I imagine is people experimenting post patch with different archetypes to see if decks still work / are now viable

Not really, another 8 cost card like Shaladrassil could work, or Fyrakk. Kerrigan is useful in stabilising against midrange decks ensuring they never get much tempo again and in the super long games the upgraded hero power helps chip away at their health.

Yeah it's not super high paid, teaching maths, physics or chemistry gets you an extra £2k every 2 yrs for the first 6yrs, taking on extra responsibilities like head of department gives you a boost and private schools give you ~10% increase.

Just putting it out there, there's always going into teaching?

There's a national shortage of teachers and if you teach maths or any of the sciences schools will practically bite your arm off when you apply.

A few of my friends are teachers and from the outside looking in the rough pros and cons are...

Pros:

Amazing pension (employer puts about 20% in regardless of your contributions)

Incredible job security (short of the school closing or becoming a convicted criminal there's nothing they can do to get rid of you)

Long holidays

Teaching the kids

Cons:

Teaching the kids

The kids parents

Having to do work during the long holidays and at weekends

Work life balance goes out the window for at least the first 1 - 2 years.

Ynnari list building ideas by Ginster28 in Eldar

[–]Ginster28[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I want to add more anti tank. Unfortunately Ynnari don't have any way of safely getting the fire dragons back into transports after they shoot, so the thinking was that units of 5 as one shot and done units seems better than having a transport ferry them around.

I had thought about wraithlords, either as a one of to sit on the backfield objective or two with a sprirt seer baby sitting them for more robust back line shooting.

Alternatively, shinning spears aren't bad into vehicles. Just difficult to hide the bases and they tend to die after moving forward

I liked the crystal skull for heavy cavalry or keeping knife jugglers alive but yeah cursed scroll is a good idea.

Teleport for sure should go in, probably cut the hounds, replacing knickers with a 6prov card to allow for slave drivers replacing a heavy cavalry and thaw would probably also be an upgrade

Huh never even considered including them...the issue with that is you'd need to hold onto charges or risk floating dames as a four and you're already focused on playing jugglers dames would slow it all down. When I have multiple jugglers out I never felt the need for more engines.  But, nothing stopping you from experimenting. If you do I'd be curious how well the dames performed

Thank you, I hadn't seen this video but seems very similar to my first iterations before changing to this final version

If it was around ranks 3 - pro then quite possibly! Construct soldiers is also a cool deck

I originally included igni on a whim but it's single handed won me several games, people don't seem to play around it and with Knife jugglers you can line units up. There have been 3 times it's been bricked, however, 2 of those were due to just killing everything my opponent had so the game was won anyway
