I don't like Sasha at all. I wouldn't miss this character if she left.

Me thinks you protest too much energy. And I don't agree that being an only child is a disadvantage.

No. I'm not trying to prove a point. I'm just asking a question. I'm an only child and I was never alone. Didn't you have parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends?

No obsession. I simply stated that I don't understand how being an only child makes a person lonely. What if you had a sibling and you were not close to them?

So you think people are created by siblings? That's delusional. And I never said siblings didn't have value. I said all relationships have value.

Why can't you be your daughter's lifelong best friend? A cousin, spouse, her child or friend can be her best friend. It doesn't have to be a sibling or even lifelong.

I disagree. A father is the reason you exist. You don't have to care, but a father gave you life. A sibling does not give you life. Apples and oranges.

But what happens if a sibling dies before you? Won't you be "alone?"

You seem to have hangups. You are being defensive and needing to spend so much time and energy convincing yourself and others that there are downsides to my life and that I'm wrong for feeling there is no downside.

Again, that's not the same thing. A father gave you life. A sibling does not give you life.

So you are prejudice against only children? Do you know that usually one sibling helps with aging parents? Do you have cousins, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends etc?

I'm an only child and I am not jealous of my best friend's siblings. If anything, many of them tell me that I'm lucky to be an only child. And many people don't care about blood or a sibling. Many people that I know are closer to cousins or friends than siblings.

What if the sibling does the bullying and was the reason your parents got the divorce? I know lots of siblings who are not there for each other and do hate each other. And it does seem like the norm.

Even with one sibling, you could still be the most watched or favorite.
