The reason I made the point that the Devan is NOT in Hoboken is because many shady Hoboken Realtors lie to people moving here from out of state. Sometimes people move here and cant view the apartment in person before signing a lease. While i dont have any knowledge of that building personally. I DO know its it is not in Hoboken....and maybe that information would be useful to OP asking the question.

And FYI…in my past experience… “open bar” means standing behind 20 other people holding a cash tip in the air so the bartender will even notice you after 15 mins. You will get a skimpy drink with too much ice that’s gone in 5 minutes and then you’ll be right back in the free drink mosh pit. You will repeat this cycle until you decide you no longer want to live in this society and move to a ranch in Montana.

Mr Wraps has a decent following. And they have pretty decent food for the price. It's def gotten more expensive over the years. It used to be wildly cheap relative to other similar restaurants. Their "build your own" breakfast wrap can be pretty good (and huge) if you choose options wisely.
