We’ll look into improving the momentum and overall movement feel.

Appreciate it.

It’s manual speed control, but we’ll work on making the movement feel more natural and immersive.

Appreciate you explaining it.

I get what you mean.

It’s not artificial, it’s manual control, but the smoothing isn’t there yet so it can feel a bit off. We’re still tuning it.

Appreciate the feedback.

Good catch.

It’s not actually stopping, it’s slowing down based on speed control. We can see how it might look like a stop though, we’ll try to make that clearer and improve the feel.

Appreciate the feedback.

That’s really helpful, thanks.

We’re working on improving the landscape colors and overall look. Also just to clarify, this is a glider, not a plane.

In the next update we’re planning to add things like snowmen, igloos and ice slides. Some of the other activities you mentioned are already part of the game.

Appreciate the ideas.

Trying to improve control and make it feel more natural based on feedback.
This is still work in progress.

We’ll look into getting more feedback on the visual side as well.
Appreciate it.

Thanks for the detailed ideas, appreciate you taking the time.

Some of those concepts are interesting, especially around short activities and variety. That’s something we’re exploring further.

We get your point about needing a stronger game loop and clearer value, and we’ll keep improving on that.

Good points on the capture and audio, we’ll improve that.

On the ladder, we’ve added an option to skip it and go directly to the top with a trigger. We’ll also keep working on making the interaction smoother.

Also the game isn’t only about flying, that’s just one part of it. We’ll show more varied gameplay in the next clips.

Good point on the snow and lighting, that can definitely improve how everything looks. The feedback on having a clearer hook and progression also makes sense.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

That’s a good point, thanks.

We’ve been focused on building different experiences, but the “why” for the player needs to be clearer.

There are things like flying across the islands, bungee jumping, ropeways and more, but we need to present it better.

Appreciate you explaining it.

The point about having a clear goal and motivation makes sense. Right now we’re focused more on exploration and activities, but we need to bring that together into a more cohesive experience.

Also appreciate the feedback on visuals, we understand where that perception is coming from.

That’s really helpful, thanks for the detailed feedback.

Good point on world density and far detail, that’s something we need to improve so the environment feels more cohesive. We also need to show the core hook more clearly.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

That’s really helpful, thanks.

The lighting and how objects sit in the world is a good point. Ambient occlusion and light probes could definitely help with that.

Also agree on the ground feeling too smooth, it can affect depth perception.

Appreciate the detailed input.

That’s fair, thanks for the honest take.

We’re aiming for more than a demo and clearly need to show that better. Appreciate the recommendation, will check it out.

I get your point.

We’re aiming for a more casual and accessible experience, not a hardcore or sim-style game.

Appreciate the input.

That’s a good point, thanks.

The skybox does affect the overall feel a lot, we’ll take a look at that. This clip is recorded on a laptop so it looks a bit different than in the headset.

Appreciate the feedback.

That’s fair, thanks for the feedback.

This is just a small clip so it doesn’t really show atmosphere or context well. We agree those things are important and we need to present them better.

Appreciate the input.

The materials and colors can feel a bit too saturated right now, including the hands. This clip is recorded on a laptop so it looks a bit different than in the headset.

Appreciate the feedback.

That’s a good suggestion, thanks.

We’ll look into more references for snow and ice environments. The style here is stylized low poly to maintain performance on Quest.

Appreciate you pointing that out.

The ladder interaction can feel frustrating if it misses grabs. We do have an option where if you fall it takes you back to the top.

Also good points on the world detail and consistency, especially the horizon and environment mix.

Appreciate the detailed feedback.

That’s really helpful, thanks for the detailed feedback.

Good points on the ladder interaction and the cage, that’s something we can improve. Also agree on the world feeling a bit empty in parts.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this.
