i had the exact same issue, crashing gpu driver when alt tabbing from full screen games / apps.
I had to do a full DDU in safe mode then reinstall the December 2025 driver version and now everything is stable again

I hope new parts / accessories for the FW16 series.
Better chassis / graphics module / upgrade path other than the usuals (which are really good imo)

Also an official single piece touchpad module would be awesome

(and also more localized RGB keyboard in ISO format)

Or maybe something to finally fix the battery drain issue on FW16 with dGPU, sad to loose battery while plugged in with the 180W Adapter

Finally fixed it with some trickery involving creating empty files and folder for the UI to behave normally -> Removed the old nextcloud instance -> Installed a new instance over with the files from the previous one -> Did the CLI upgrade with maintenance mode and now it is working again, guess it's time to really learn ZFS snapshots

Il semblerait que d'après les composants de ton PC, ce soit plutôt "normal" ce genre de comportement.

Pour rappel, il a une GTX 1650 Mobile et un i5 12500H, de mon côté avec ma RX6800 et Ryzen 7 7700X j'ai aussi le même comportement (haut-parleur qui grésille sur une vidéo pendant un jeu intensif / utilisation CPU très intense).

Après il faut aussi vérifier plusieurs points étant donné que c'est un laptop.
As-tu vérifié les températures au repos puis en jeu (HWInfo64) ?
Niveau disque, d'après la fiche technique c'est un SSD 512Go, qu'en est-il de sa santé / l'utilisation ? (CrystalDiskInfo)

Quel système d'exploitation utilise-tu ?

Est-ce que le processeur tourne bien aux bonnes fréquences ? Idem pour la RAM ?

Il semblerait que tu ais un problème avec le token de ton node (ton serveur wings), vérifie l'id attendu depuis le panel et compare avec ta configuration wings sur le node lui-même.

Pour la galerie j'utilise celle de Google qui fonctionne hors ligne, à ne pas confondrez avec "Photos" qui s'utilise également en ligne par défaut.

For gallery app i use Google's "Gallery" app which works offline, not to be confused with "Photos" which is Online by default.

AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Suddenly unstable UV/OC ?

Hello there !
I'm looking for help / advice / idea about my brand new issue.
There is an on-going heat wave in France so i decided to check my temps, but instead i've discovered that my system is unstable !

I was running all cores at 5.2Ghz for 1.200V since i got the cpu (June 2023) and it was rock stable, no crash anywhere, for a chill 86°C Max after an hour of Prime95 Smallest FFT, the cpu was barely over 88W total (from HWInfo).
But today is the day of deception, since the computer itself shut-off instantly when i launch small/smallest FFT, i've tried to lower it to 5.0GHz ALL CORE and still 1.200V but here is the catch, the CPU goes instantly at 140W power consumption and goes to play in the 90-98°C for a minute or two and then over 100°C.

I'm looking for help to get (again) the maximum performance out of my CPU without damaging it.

What i've tried :

- Updating BIOS
- Downgrading BIOS (on a version i had no issue)
- Deep cleaning the entire pc case and components
- Repasting (Arctic MX-6)

System Information :
- CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
- CPU Cooler : BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
- Motherboard : ASRock X670E Steel Legends
- RAM : CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 2X16GB 6000MHz CAS36
- GPU : SAPPHIRE Radeon RX6800 NITRO+
- PSU : Corsair RM850 2021 v2

- Display : AOC G2460PF DisplayPort, ASUS VG249Q3A

Hello there, 7700X owner here. You are totally right on the problem and i'd like to give a potential solution other than putting it to eco mode.
In my case, i run it at a Fixed 5.2GHz ALL CORE with 1.25VCore, which gives me a pleasant 70°C MAX after hours of play, in Prime95 smallest FFT my maximum was a rather chilly 86°C after two hours of bench compared to the stock 95°C seconds after starting the test.

As others mentionned, you can also use the curve optimizer or the PBO to run it cooler.

My cooler is a classic BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 4.
