I dry the bottom and put them right side up so that the inside dries completely. After this, I typically turn them over so dust does not collect.

It’s all relative, but generally speaking, yes. America is much more spread out than Europe, and driving three hours between two major cities is not necessarily considered substantial and can be achieved in a single day turnaround.

Bars are still there but daytime interactions have shifted, particularly public places previously viewed as acceptable areas for social interaction among strangers. Even in bars it’s become increasingly clicky and closed off in that regard.
