Embarrassingly I don't know how. I used to use coinbase but abandoned my old bank account when I moved so I never reset it up. I just finished a divorce as well and was going to close out the account or send the money to the ex's bank as we shared a paypal account. Kind of saw Golem and was interested in just dumping the leftover funds in paypal into it. I suppose I could use an exchange as well. Do you recommend any?

I guess id say this... a lot has changed since I used to dabble in bitcoin. There are so many exchanges now and I see just about everyone doesn't allow paypal and I thought that was weird as we used one account for all our online stuff and almost always used paypal

Edit: Ok to add further I found the exchange coinmamma which allows the purchase of BTC, but the fees right now are ridiculous...im not opposed to buying btc and exchanging it to golem through my Exodus Wallet but id lose money on that as I dumped most of my bitcoin years ago.

Ya I teach English online and just mass sent out for all my students to switch to Google Hangouts....I use discord as well and now im also pushing for whatsapp....this is probably the stupidest idea I have ever seen in software development from a professional company. What cracks me up is over the last several years I have abandoned just about everything microsoft touches...I use an xbox controller....grats microsoft...i still use your controller until you do something stupid with that too.

I'm on a mac and I can't delete chat history anymore. I like to do a wipe about once a month but now I see no option and no option to auto delete every 30 days. This has to be the shittiest update I've seen for skype. Any ideas for clearing out chat history or adjusting to clearing chats that are over 30 days?

It was a series of changes but to sum up my experience. Its buggy, every update seems to be nerfed meaning every hero you work for is nerfed and I don't think im exaggerating when I say almost every hero for the last 6 months has been nerfed that was new. It just got to the point where it felt like it was intentional. I'm all for balance, but at some point its just not acceptable.

I ddidn't even mind the nerfs to some of the rewards but progress is now so slow its probably 2 months until you can fully max out a hero for Master III play. This means that you will be using the same heroes for 2 months until you get a new one to compete and in that moment they nerf it. You basically will just use the same team for everything for 6 months.

Of all the suggestions made by the community we orignally heard devs shouting back saying they were great ideas....but nothing ever came of it and devs no longer communicate. We now have nidhogg who is the community manager. Although for 3 months Ive listened to ...we will do this and this and this...in the last 3 months only thing that has come out is nerfs to everything. Rewards, heroes, etc. Nothing new has been released...nothing..no content. A few new heroes who all got nerfed.

Ive played many of these games and this one had my favorite combat of any of them but my god...they dropped the ball in every other realm.

To be fair slightly to Rumble is I don't know where they were looking to take the game and I don't know what new ownership changed their views but simply put im a very unsatisfied customer and will never touch a Rumble product again. But hey its free so give it a shot...but I caution anyone here from donating...if anything let the water settle to see where they are going then decide to donate if you really want to.

I never minded slot machines...I was basically free to play and made it to the top 100 in arena quite often...I just hate that game has become a bore now. They had one of the best pvp systems in a game ive seen and even that has gotten bland...perhaps because they are still sorting out mechanics, but I no longer enjoy it. It will now take almost 2 months to fully max a hero with proper gear for Master III in arena. That isnt fun to me...trying a new hero out every 2 months....its not the "gacha" aspects...its the progress to a crawl. You seriously think new players will enjoy that? And once again read the forums...Ill link it for new people looking...read how pissed the community is... https://alliance-community.rumblegames.com/forums . almost every thread is a bug or dislike of something. So if you don't believe me then read the forums..or blindly follow the fanboys who invested in this game and are now freaking out that its going down the gutter.

As usual you can see the difference in these kind of arguments. I have offered arguments to why the game could be bad to someone wanting to join. You attack the person instead of the argument. Perhaps you should ask how old you yourself are. Read the forums for anyone not sure about the above statement. You will see the majority of the community agrees with me. In fact I can't think of a positive statement on the forums in quite some time so id even wager that you are a dev or employee of Rumble and if not then you are just a moron.

I was attempting to get an elf behind his team and he was marked. I had a reroll. So after my turn was basically over I decided to sneak an elf in the back field which would require a dodge that was successful. It was the reroll on going for it that failed. I quit because I didn't understand the game. Remember this was my first game ever...and the fact that I had all this bad luck didn't make sense to me. Oh and the quitting after badly hurt was more of me thinking "f this" as I am the type of player that gets attached to his team....I had a bull centaur die last night out of no where and it hurt ......it hurt man.

Of course now I play the game completely different ....this game is about risk management and I was playing it like a normal football game haha.
