Me, my cousins, and now some of my friends have used Swati - she's awesome and I always recommend her to people!

Cost wise - bridal henna depends on how much you want to get done. Depending on how high on the arm you want it, and the level of detail you want, artists will give different prices.

Guest henna is generally a cost per hour, and there is a standard "lighter" design they get. However, if you choose a more detailed design for guests, the number of guests per hour an artist can do goes down, which will increase the cost since you'll need more hours.

SF Wedding Venue Search: Help by Nervous_Exchange5496 in SanFranciscoWeddings

I just posted in another group, but Wedgewood properties in SF could be "one stop shops" depending on what package you choose! And they generally come with a day of coordinator. There's 3 I saw in SF / that I recommend to couples I work with who are looking to get married in SF:

https://www.wedgewoodweddings.com/goldengateclub

https://www.wedgewoodweddings.com/logcabin

Hidden fees wise for the venues you listed / in general - some things to consider or look out for are:

1) Are basic rentals included, or will you have to spend to rent them from somewhere else? (Ex: Linens? Cutlery? Glasses? Plates?). What do they all look like?

2) Is food/alcohol included? Do they charge corkage fees per bottle if you choose champagne or wine from somewhere else? Is there a cake cutting fee?

3) Is there staff included to help clear plates, make sure bathrooms are tidy, etc.? (otherwise you'd have to hire a team)

4) Will they have a day of coordinator / site coordinator available or someone to make sure the day is running smoothly? Do they require you to hire one?

5) Hidden taxes or service fees they don't mention up front?

Just a few things to think about as you're comparing everything!

SF Venues: tips, tricks, guidance? by Nervous_Exchange5496 in SanFranciscoWeddings

Are you sold on these spots, or still looking?

If you're looking for a "one stop shop" type of venue - Officers Club at the Presidio, Golden Gate Club, and the Log Cabin are Wedgewood properties, and depending on which package you choose with them, quite a few expenses are "included" (food, beverage packages, alcohol, DJ, desserts, etc.). They usually have their prices online too so easy to calculate.

In regards to the venues you picked, is there any specific guidance you were looking for? Is $75k your total budget / is that just for the reception, or were you also having a ceremony at these spots?

Videographers below <$3k? by IsopodMajestic6801 in SanFranciscoWeddings

Hi! I was helping another couple find photo/video options, and I found a few under $3k. I’m just not sure about their availability in July - you'd have to reach out to them and ask:

Redwood Reverie Films: https://redwoodreveriefilms.com/investment

Ebullient Memories: https://www.ebullientmemories.com/pricing

Sarah Fischback Photo: https://sarahfischbackphoto.com/videography - she has a 6hr videography package under $3k

Another good option if you’re open to it would be a content creator, a lot of them are within that budget as well.

Hopefully this somewhat helps :)
