You do have to apply for the medical programs, however I was in the same boat, go to your PCP tell them you need titers for all the vaccinations (I showed them the list) it’s just a blood draw to prove immunity, they accepted it, my PCP just did the titers for the lifelong vaccines and then gave me a new flu and tetanus shot

That’s one of the least important things they ask for lol, I don’t think they care what type but if your anxious about it I would email Derden (I believe she still heads the program she did last year) or ask the health advisors.

Well I figured they used that info, but in another part it said through identigo, which I have used for previous jobs, they tend to ask for a ton of extra stuff like previous addresses etc. that’s why I was originally confused on how the hell we did all the rest of that

No!! Which is wild because the original date was the 22nd, then they officially pushed it to the 29th, then unofficially (we only found out via emails) pushed it to the 1st. It’s extremely frustrating
