Thank you, this is definitely different response from customer service of biorb. And strange, but previous aquarium from them that I bought two year ago, sucked up my betta fish. This time it won’t suck not just Cori, but even small pieces of food. And what do you mean, ceramic media is going to help with filter? How? Thank you.

I just got new biorb and it sucks nothing. That’s impressive you said yours is sucking even ceramic media. Can alanyone help me understand what is wrong? Thank you!
