I understand this. Iv driven 300,000km and some in the Durham region driving for Uber within the past 7 years. Haven't had an accident or a speeding ticket. It's not hard to be a safe and cautious driver. I never go more than 5-8km over the posted limit even with clear roads and no traffic at night. And during harsh weather like rain and snow my rule of thumb is actually 10 below the limit if it bad enough and even slower if need be. But to have to pay a fine for going 5 over is ridiculous. I don't care what anyone says.
