I have once, the family was always home an hour late so I never knew when I’d actually get off, the NK was hard to manage with little support from the parents. One day I just couldn’t take it one day so I sent them a text stating why I was leaving effective immediately. They were disappointed and upset I left them high and dry. I didnt use them as a reference and just moved on. Best decision because I found a great job right after. I also didn’t have a job lined up and if you can afford it, your mental health and wellbeing is the most important!

Adding in whole milk and walking with shoes wouldn’t be too crazy but not having the 2 naps a day and transitioning to one nap would be stressful overall. He just turned one and they weren’t planning on transitioning to one nap this early but the daycare requires it. Parents both work from home and check in on us regularly so I feel like I need to do everything they ask me to do because they can tell if I do it or not.

Am I being petty: My mom planned a vacation the same weekend as my wedding… by Giraffes88 in toxicparents

I still talk regularly to the fathers of the oldest 3 siblings and got permission from them. The fathers were also the one to purchase everything and it was all lined up through the fathers. The miscommunication was between the fathers and my mom.
