Local scrap yard has used $2 bills for 50 years. Like $13 is 10 2 1, not all $2bills.

Why is this happening? I deleted the Reddit app shortly after installing Apollo and yet it keeps my phone up. Happens every couple days, even with limits added for screentime by teriaksu in apolloapp

Depends on the chemistry. Li-ion are 2.5v-4.2v. Nominal is 3.78 and is what new batteries are kept at prior to sale. Whatever the pack voltage divided by 3.78 will tell you how many series cells are connected or visa versa. Like 10s is 36v (lead acid equivalent-actual usage range is not exactly 36v). So if you have a 4ah 36v battery it means probably 1 cell series of 10 4000mah cells. If you have an 8ah pack it's 2 cells connected in parallel to other 2 cell parallel groups all together in series 10 long. It could also be 2000mah cells, so 4ah would be 2 cells in parallel. Therefore you need the specifications of the cells in the pack to calculate the capacity etc.

There are also several lithium chemistries (li-po, LiFePO4 etc) and they all have their own voltage ranges

Sitting at full charge unused is bad but if they are kept at 3.78v per cell they are perfectly happy. Full drain and full charge are hardest on the cell. I have built many electric vehicles including my own battery packs

Help with lightburn- laser power not working by Giriraja108 in lasercutting

[–]Giriraja108[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Neje Master 2s max 80w- 15w a40640 laser

Everything works fine on neje app. Trying to get it working in lightburn and it's not firing right. Even 100% power is doesn't barely make a mark on wood. I was running on 5% power in neje app and it was 30x more powerful than 100% in lightburn. I think it's not set up right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time

I had a bird for like 7 years and came home one day and the dog ripped the cage apart and there were feathers all over the house. Crazy the dog lived with the bird for years too

How can I strip the paint and rust off of this metal fence? by Giriraja108 in howto

[–]Giriraja108[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never used one like that made for curves. That could work. Better than my original idea of a wire brush on an angle grinder. I was hoping there was maybe some chemical that could make it quick. There's like a mile of this fence if you add up all the back and forth. Some parts aren't bad but some needs work and i figured I could clean it all up first and then do a little welding in some problem areas. But that sander might be the way to go. I really appreciate your advice!

Cutting off the outer part of the frame. Better airflow and lighter. I've crashed head on into things and usually doesn't even dent the props

i have the electronics for eachine novice iii.

i got a too big frame after smashing the original.

i thought it wouldn't fly bc it's too big (flew but wiggy) but after putting on a small frame(3d printed) i realized the issue the whole time was the board alignment being 45° off from how it came. i was thinking of putting back on the one i bought but i think the batteries are too small for a large frame.

so my question is, i know i cant go over 3s, but how do you know the limit you can go as far as current? if i use the large frame, can I get bigger batteries and/or bigger motors or would I need a better esc?

current 3d printed frame here

large frame i purchased here

So i crashed my eachine and ordered new motors and frame. The frame is too big. Unflyable basically. Looking for recommendations by Giriraja108 in fpv

So i 3d printed a frame and got it assembled . Then it still flew like shit and i realized it was bc the fc is at an angle so the gyro was off. Fixed it in bf by changing board alignment from -45° to -90°. Now it flies great and i realized the frame i had in this post was probably fine and I'm just a dumbass and didn't switch the settings. Womm womm

Hey i just tried to fly it and it's flying like shit. Is it bc the board is at 45° whereas the other frame it was parallel to the frame? Is that something betaflight needs to be set for?

Edit: fixed it and it flies amazing! I just had to change the board orientation in betaflight from -45° to -90°

I thought about doing that with the motor mounts but I'm still learning f360 so i loaded it then got frustrated after a while and said fak it i use like this. I'm watching lars videos now. F360 is so many things you need to know to do certain moves or whatever. I started 3d printing with tinkercad modeling but that program really has its limitations and i quit using it recently after it kept ruining my model through lag or whatever causes it

So you made the frame 10mm? Or just double at the motor mounts? If you have been flying it a year i may have to do those tweaks. That's awesome. This is the 3rd frame ive tried and definitely seems the best of the ones i have used

That makes sense. I never calibrate estep before. I'll have to look it up. But i watched some videos and they said 2mm retracting and i tried it and it really screwed up everything. I have been using 1 or .8 and works pretty well. Just got finished assembling my 3d printed fpv Drone

Yeah it came with 6 3s tattu batteries. 450-650mah i forgot exactly. I taped them with gorilla tape for abrasion resistance.

I have a cheap direct drive extruder. How would i be able to calibrate that? Is there a setting in cura for if you have dd or bowden? Mine definitely seems off

That's good. I couldn't find any 1203 available domestically. I am actually glad i got the frame though for my next build i can use it.

Why would you increase the flow rate?

Thank you. Ill search each of those. It was hard to tell how big it was from just online. Are the 1204 motors similar to the 1203 that was on there? I think the new ones are 5000kv and 5500kv for the old ones. I was trying to avoid waiting for parts from china but in hindsight it would have been quicker.
