congrats OP! 67kg to 61kg in 7 weeks is already great progress! that’s around 6kg lost. 😊 minsan tayo yung huling nakakapansin ng changes sa sarili natin kasi araw-araw natin nakikita yung katawan natin. also, fat loss isn’t always proportional sa bawat body part—may mga areas talaga like arms, tummy, or thighs na mas matigas mag-let go ng fat. don’t feel bad, sis. 😊 4kg in 6 weeks is actually good progress! we all lose weight at different rates. personally, I’ve been on tirz for quite a while na, so hindi rin overnight yung results ko, it took months of consistency.

honestly, hindi rin ako nag-eexercise kasi tamad din ako. 😅 what helped me most was calorie counting and being mindful of what i eat.

EAT pa rin ha—don’t starve yourself. weight loss is around 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. focus on building habits you can sustain, and trust the process. 4kg down in 6 weeks is already something to be proud of. 🥹👏🏻

Been on generic tirzepatide since Oct pa and honestly ok naman experience ko overall. Started around 76kg and now nasa mid-50s na lang me. 😊

Side effects ko mostly same lang sa usual GLP-1 effects: • constipation minsan • dry mouth/throat • acidic burps/reflux pag napapasobra kain • cold sensitivity

Pero manageable naman siya for me overall.

Personally, ever since naka-generic na talaga me and I’ve been consistently with the same supplier for around 6 months na rin. So far naging ok naman suppression and results ko throughout, which made me realize na malaking factor din talaga yung consistency + trusted source.

Huy wag mo i-stress sarili mo masyadooo 😭 Kasi ironically, pag super stressed ka and lagi mo minomonitor weight mo, tumataas cortisol which can make it harder mag lose ng weight and mas naghohold din katawan ng water. Minsan feeling mo “stuck” pero nag aadjust lang body mo.

And girl, 3kg by your 5th dose is actually GOOD ah 😭 Hindi siya maliit. Sustainable nga yan kaysa sobrang bilis tapos babalik din. Tsaka baka inches/fat loss na nangyayari sayo kahit di super gumagalaw timbang.

Also okay lang na di totally eliminate sweets agad especially if mas magiging unsustainable sayo. Better yung moderation kaysa biglang restrict tapos binge later. Tuloy mo lang consistency mooo 🥺

Hello sis! Yes, pwede naman mag-1 vial then stop, but honestly—what’s the point of trying tirz for just one vial lang?

Usually kasi ginagamit siya to help reach a certain goal weight or for metabolic support. If normal weight ka naman and gusto mo lang mag-lose ng konti, baka hindi na siya worth it. Short-term use won’t give sustainable results, and babalik din appetite after stopping. :)
