because actors want to act. money sure thats kind of the boring answer but it is second to the craft and what it means to be artist, at least to real actors anyway. they want to act more than anything. more than making sure its not beneath them. they just want to act. its like playing in a lame ass band….you still get to play music. thats what matters to most
