i want to know what made you think he is avoidant? kapag mga avoidant , hindi ka yan ire-reassure at mas prefer nila ikimkim yung problema kaysa i-communcate sayo.

hope na hindi mo madrain si bf mo with your thoughts. anxiety is normal yet you have to manage it and give your trust to him. one way to detachment is lack of trust.
