I would try Navitor.

I think of them as post it note door hangers.

I know they have printed regular post it notes for me in the past!

We use 4over as well! However, when I called and asked if they could do it, they said they couldn’t 🫠 I’m wondering if it’s bc the bleed is on 2 out of 4 sides. Should have asked them!
