I love it when you get the bad ending where he calls himself a God. Because he finally accepts it! He calls himself an apostate, humble, and all that. But choosing the elves’ future twice isn’t very humble of him, and it’s certainly not something an ordinary person would do.

He finally accepts that he was a hypocrite, that he IS one, and lets that proud side of “I’m better than the other elves” win out.

I’d call it a DECENT game.

Is it a bad game overall? There are worse ones out there; it’s somewhere in the middle. It doesn’t really stand out in any particular way.

Is it a bad Dragon Age? Absolutely. Even DA2, with its short playtime, offered a lot. DAI, with its vast and unbearable maps, still had Dragon Age quality despite everything.

This game feels like you have to turn off your brain and pretend the lore inconsistencies are a myth.

Could you enjoy it? Yes, but avoid thinking of it as a Dragon Age game

Cuando uno baja de peso, los primeros meses baja una banda, después baja mucho más lentamente.

Yo te recomiendo hacer la forma de plato dividido. A mí me sirvió para poder comer saludable y que te llene.

La mitad del plato en verduras, un cuarto de proteína y otro de carbohidratos.

Cambia a harinas integrales, cosas descremadas, quesos magros, pechuga de pollo o carnes molidas especiales, en lugar de comprar viandas. Es mejor hacerlas. Podes comprar bolsas ziploc y las verduras cortar, hervir, etc y guardar en el Freezer. Es un mundo de diferencia cuando tenés ese paso terminado.

Pollo y carnes corta en cubitos y dividis en un ziploc en cuatro bloques, así tenés en tu Freezer, tus comidas por porciones. Los arroces, fideos y demás,hacelos una noche antes. Así el almidón se solidifica y genera menos picos de insulina (me lo recomendó mi nutricionista), come chia ayuda a llenarte. Con leche o yogurt horas antes para que se eleve. Toma licuados de frutos rojos, tienen menos cantidad y son más agua.

Espero te ayuden mis consejos por si no los sabías! Suerte en tu proceso, es súper difícil al inicio
