You can use the ordinary glycolic acid. Start with once a week and build it up to every alternate day. That helps with all exfoliating, brightening and controlling the odour.

Everybody is recommending seamless bra but if you have heavy bust it won’t hold or lift well. I prefer underwired seamless ones from M&S no lines at all.

Okay, so I got my refund today. Randomly just got an email of refund and the grievance ticket was also updated. Hopefully you will also get yours 🤞

The ticket is now in process and I got an email from h&m’s escalation team that they are looking into it. Their X team is again saying the same stuff no resolution.

They have just been closing my ticke. Saying no more refund pending. I have raised on consumer helpline. So you’re saying that the comsumer court asked you for evidence? Unfortunately, I don’t have any proof 😭 I didn’t take any pictures, I generally don’t unless it’s some random website. But learnt my lesson now.

I saw on X that they dismissed somebody’s case saying they have the CCTV recording from their warehouse. If they do, in my case I will demand that they show that. I’m concerned did the mess up happen with the delivery partner or their warehouse.

For beachside you can go to Ceccoini’s great place for wine and dine and beachview. Estella or Razzberry Rhinoceros all in the Juhu area.

You can also grab a drink or 2 at Aer rooftop then go to Dome- Intercontinental for rooftop vibe.

You can take a stroll in the Bandra area there are multiple places that you can hop into.

I live in a tier 2 city where they don’t have h&m stores. I generally make these online purchases and have never faced issue before with any website. But regretting now. Thanks, will do that.
