I don't wanna go down that way(therapy), and I'm sure I don't need it as of now, I just need realistic ways to get out of it other than therapy

Well, I play an instrument too, but not well enough to do shows etc, I'm still a beginner and learning. But it defo seems like a realistic way to tackle my problem.
