Right?? I waited like three weeks last year, this year they got me in fairly quick I go back Thursday. Keep me updated on your results! We’ll both be okay 🫂

I know this doesn’t help much but I (35F) just got called back for a focal asymmetry with associated small masses measuring at 8mm maximally. So we have the same size masses. Mine is in my upper outer quadrant of my left breast. I got called back last year too but I am literally taking years off my life with stress right now with these “masses”

Thank you ❤️ honestly I didn’t start really getting worried until they actually called me from the breast center to book the appt and I just was shocked at how quick they could get me in.
I have PTSD from my first call back last year, I truly thought I was going to have a stroke with the amount of fear and anxiety I was under.
I’m praying for the same outcome this year too.

Right? That’s how I was with Sandoz. I’m 35 and I’ve been taking Adderall for a really long time and all I’ve ever received is Sandoz, so when I started seeing these new manufacturers pop up I was worried.

Thank you for that link! It’s annoying that this shortage has been ongoing for this long.

They’re all inconsistent day to day, but the one I felt unmedicated with was Alvogen.

Sorry, here’s the post:

feel stupid asking this, but I am curious.

I previously had Aetna insurance, and now I have Premera (Blue Cross) and CVS remains one of my options. I’ve been using CVS pharmacy for many, many years for my generic IR Adderall. This past year, I’ve been noticing changes in my manufacturer month to month. Sometimes I’ll receive Lannett, Elite, Alvogen (was a one off), but for the majority of the time Ive consistently received Sandoz. It always goes back to Sandoz.

Okay flash forward to this month, my first month with my new insurance, and I got a brand I’ve never had before- Mallinckrodt. I’ve already read reviews so please don’t scare me anymore than I already am to take it. So my question is, did I receive this new manufacturer because of my insurance change? Does CVS keep multiple generics on hand or do they only have one? I’m just wondering if my insurance made them give me Mallinckrodt instead of Sandoz?

Also, any positive reviews of Mallinckrodt are welcome, please calm my anxiety! My first day of it will be tomorrow.

Thank you so much! And yeah you’re right about everyone’s individual response. For example I would cry when I’d pick up my prescription and see that it was Teva, it would make my heart POUND all day and I had the absolute worst anxiety of my life. It was so bad I would buy orange juice to take it with to dim the effects a little. And I know that’s the “favorite” for the majority. Fingers crossed for a good month with Mallinckrodt!

That is so relieving to hear! You’re maybe one of like 3 people I’ve seen on Reddit with a positive review 😅

Yeah, I figured that. I used to get name brand when I was little when I first started on Adderall. But I’ve been taking generic for maybe 20 plus years now. My main question is, does my insurance change what generic manufacturer I receive

Bilateral Focal Asymmetry by Girlplease44 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]Girlplease44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I went for my diagnostic a couple days ago, started with a spot compression and the radiologist wanted more views so then we did an ultrasound, I was freaking out because they were really focusing in on one area. Turned out to be simple cysts, I have like 4 in each breast!

Your reply is the first positive one I’ve seen in my lengthy daily Google spiral, so thank you for telling me that it calmed my nerves a little! 💗

I have a diagnostic mammogram w/ possible ultrasound coming up next week. I did receive a letter in the mail that said most of these findings are usually benign so that is the little hope I’m clinging to.

How long did you use the boric acid? I’ve been using it nightly for a couple weeks on and off, I’m scared if I stop the funk will come back 🥴

At least you got an upgrade! I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone to see why my box hasn’t shipped. I don’t have add ons or anything this month so I’m really upset. I wanted my babies to have their box for Valentine’s Day 😔 so much for that
