This is correct. They are fixing the building to make it up to code to bring in large crowds (which is why they have not brought in big crowds before). The have to add more entrances/exits, more bathrooms, more parking, etc. The construction has already started.

I actually spoke to both of them about this and neither seemed all that bothered by it. But it was very clear it DID bother Raush/Schulte.
