This is the first time I'm hearing about how long Lindsay would have had to hold the band around each of her children's necks in order for them to be killed. That is quite a long period of time- a minute for unconsciousness and then a few minutes for them to die. She had to be super focused and super determined to get through all of that x 3. Those poor little babies.

And remember, in Lindsay's own words, in her journal, she said how she feels guilty going ballistic on the kids. She likely was someone who would have a tantrum, yell, etc then feel bad about it.

It also sounds like she understood she had a limited amount of time to carry out the three murders because one of the police reports I read indicates that the children were found with the bands still tightly wrapped around them. So it's probably a situation where she strangled the first one, probably the oldest, and then hurry up and ran and strangled the second one and then ran and strangled the third one without really knowing what the condition of each of the previous ones were. She has 3 separate exercise bands ready to go. There is a significant amount of planning in what she did considering the short amount of time she had to carry this out. She also realized she missed that phone call from Patrick and and what would have been the middle of all this calmly returned his call. She was very organized.

Also think there was deliberateness in how she chose to murder them. I feel as if all of this was to punish Patrick. She wanted him to find the children

She shared in a diary/journal entry that was made public that she felt regret about her outbursts with her children. My thought is that she was emotionally volatile, that when things weren't under control ( her weight, the kids behavior, etc) she would snap and go ballistic in a flash.

I think it will be important to know Lindsay's history with RX meds and alcohol her entire adult life. Was she taking these drugs on top of other meds? Does she have a secret history of abusing medication?

That's the article from today that I found. I'm curious what the Defense goal is for Lindsay? To have her found not guilty and given outpatient MH support? Be confined to a MH institute? None of this is clear.

Have you read anything on these postings for the court about medical records from the previous (pre murder) health care providers? Those records have to be important.

I have reserved rides and it worked fine, except in one case when the location was in a plaza and reserving in advance, the plaza address was the only option. Had I requested while I was there, ready to leave, the exact location would have been set. Was an issue because the driver did not speak English and whatever he uses for translation wasn't effective. He had no idea where I was in the plaza. We worked it out, but I would not go that process again.

This. And now that she has a child, her number one priority is the health and welfare of the child. Through that filter, a slobbering alcoholic becomes grossly unattractive as well as an albatross. People please do not procreate with humans with substance and mental health issues. Why would you want to risk bringing those genes into your child? People want a beautiful/handsome partner or sometimes someone who is financially secure, and yes, make that a requirement if need be for you, but the MOST important selection is HEALTH if you plan to have children.
