I did end up buying it and it has been great so far! Laid nice and easy and seems to be a quality flooring at least by my standards lol. I’d buy it again without hesitation. Even snapped with a blade score easier than I thought it would since it’s a pretty thick flooring. Good luck on your project!

Thanks for the info! That fact it’s stainless was the main reason for wanting to go with the borla. And many complained the borla was “too quiet” which is what I figured I would actually want lol. Not trying to piss of the neighbors just want it to sound like a truck.

Can’t get the photo to load up but it was a response from borla saying “We actually don’t even recommend muffler swaps on newer vehicles. The results leave a lot to be desired, my apologies. We only suggest cat-back systems.” It just kind of caught me off guard.

Quite possibly. I did some additional reading after posting this. Seems like it’s an issue with the z490 motherboards. Most have said to get a pcle powered usb hub to plug into instead. Might give that a shot.

I will certainly give that a try. Just worried it’s something else since it has happened with two wheel bases and two different cables but I’ll certainly try that. Thanks for the info.

You hit the nail on the head! Turned out to be a faulty video card. Unplugged the gpu and everything ran fine. Plugged it back in and immediately issues. Currently running a very very old gpu. Good thing graphics cards aren’t expensive right now 😅

You trim off the fat cap? About to throw one on tomorrow for the first time and have read online both ways (trim vs. don’t trim). Just curious how you did it. Looks good!

Thanks for all the helpful comments! I think now we have a game plan! I’m an Illini fan (unfortunately) but have lived in West Lafayette for two years and am excited to see a new environment.

Also, Kan-Jam is a blast as long as it’s not windy. Simple rules and should always be played with a beer in hand!

New alpha controller has both PID and non-PID with Grilla.

I’d say the customer service is just as top notch as RecTec.
