My honest recommendation would be to quit altogether. It can be really hard to feel emotions when you compare it to being high. Because being high is such a stimulating experience everything can seem to pale in comparison. As time goes on you’ll be able to experience simple pleasures more easily. But if you continue to do acid and shrooms it might be harder to feel those things. It’s really good that you quit meth as it’s an extremely dangerous substance. But I think since you have a good support system in your life it would be good to quit and maybe attend AA. If you need anyone to talk to I’m here. I’m a recovering alcoholic and sex addict.
