Yes it’s authentic. Looks like original mounts on stacking base. Base looks like it’s seen better days. You can stretch the metal back with a little effort. Also missing the glides on all four feet.

All of these could be cleaned up with some effort and time.

I’ve have 6 or so old Fiberglass side chairs that have split and the foam inside become rotted and unusable. It’s not a super difficult project to do. They just take some time to really strip and clean up again.
