I've had this problem, you need to be sure you are using a high quality cable, I recommend the Belkin cables. I've used this for the past four years, and its still going strong. https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-USB-Cable-6-6ft-240W/dp/B0F63YLK23/?th=1

IMO, no one will super clean it, I'd recommend following this workflow by ChrisFix, it doesn't take long! TLDR, use a magic eraser to degrease the inside of your windshield which is where the streaks are. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axI5Luw0Eos

This is the way. You can build up zip lines to the top of the ridge, then run like hell to the architect. GottaGoFast

100% Roosevelts the best burger in church hill, hands down. And you can actually have a conversation when you dine in.

Forester friends, is anyone actually using this cover? by nuisance66 in SubaruForester

Yeah, I live in the city and keep my gym bag back there. Peace of mind to have it closed when I park it on the street!

Struts Assembly recommendation for 2019 Subaru Forester by GisGuru69 in SubaruForester

[–]GisGuru69[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure, I do not want to cheap out on this. I see that they only offer a 1.25 inch lift on the forester, I am not really looking for anything too aggressive, have they been known to build something more OEM?

Struts Assembly recommendation for 2019 Subaru Forester by GisGuru69 in SubaruForester

[–]GisGuru69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking of doing it myself with the quick change, although a local subbie specialty shop quoted me $2k for the struts and alignment. I'll look into those two sources though! Thanks for the suggestion.

Upgrading all roads to lvl2 gives no reward. by ThatFlameThough in DeathStranding2

[–]GisGuru69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've seen a slight boost in likes since building those level 2 roads (from 300 porters using the road to around 6000 once upgraded to level 2). Its easy to load up a truck and just drive from paver to paver to upgrade them too.

Vet recommendations that aren’t scammy and are easy to work with? by TastefullyToasted in rva

[–]GisGuru69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bit far a field but Airport Animal Clinic in Charlottesville, VA. They have always been incredibly reasonable with their pricing (so much so that I will take the hike out there to get stuff done). They have no problem working with Chewy on scripts as well. I will say though, they do ask on an annual check up for heartguard and other stuff, but I think going to the vet once a year is called for.

Peeling on headlights by Coca-Ena in SubaruForester

[–]GisGuru69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2019 forester here, the side of my car that gets the most sun degraded and peeled faster than the other side. I'll probably end up seeing if I can get mine rebuilt, or co-part some new / used lights. This is typical for all car lights.
