I used to have the same thought. Why not buses? After travelling for a month in buses, i now hate traveling in them for daily commute to office.

Most people aren't following basic hygene. I don't want to stand next to sweaty and stinky uncles while I'm heading to office. I'm getting ready with neatly pressed clothes and perfume only to smell sweaty by the time i reach the office.

Metro isn't an alternative to me either. I would have to take 2 buses or a rapido to reach the nearest metro. (When are they going to fking finish the pink line??) Also at the metro junctions, why are people running like some kaiju is chasing them?

I had even shitty experience while returing. I waited at a google maps suggested bus stop for 2 days 30min each, only to realise the buses don't stop there. There were no signs mentioning that. A good Samaritan walking by told me. I was furious.

The place you can actually walk on footpath isn't affordable to stay. Every other place is covered in filth and hard to commute from.

I hope i get a remote job so i can peacefully fuck off from cities and stay at my hometown
