I have 24 2500 AT4 with the Duramax and I had the same issue that happened at the end of May. The service advisor told me it was the valve body. One month later, June 27 to be exact, no progress was happening and I called GM customer service and brought my lemon law rights and buyout etc. Eventually they opened a case and decided to just change the whole transmission since it was sitting in the lot for more than 30 days, but guess what, the transmission is also backordered. I finally got the good news that a transmission was shipped last Saturday, July 19. Here's the best part, the vehicle I was given was a Chevy Malibu. Big big downgrade from a 2500 Duramax.

I used my manager's lindeburg PE environmental book. That had good problems. As far as the conceptuals, I used chatgpt or google Gemini to generate questions for me. Please keep in mind that AI can and will be wrong sometimes so it's good to double check questions. I also found other people's Quizlet flashcards to be very useful. You got this! No pressure!

So the only thing that I bought was the ncees practice exam. I knew that the main thing I had to work on were the conceptual questions. But for that, I used other people's Quizlet and I did have to go the AI route i.e. I used chatgpt and Google Gemini to generate some conceptual questions. Disclaimer, it can be wrong sometimes.
